Dr. Farias completed his undergraduate education at the highly esteemed University of Texas at Austin in 1993. He earned his medical degree in 1997 from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center – San Antonio. From 1997 to 2003, he completed a three-year general surgery residency, a one-year microvascular surgery fellowship, and a six-year plastic surgery residency at the University of Missouri, Columbia.
More than just a surgeon, Dr. Farias is a dedicated educator and mentor. He has guided countless surgeons across the country, helping them provide high-quality care to their patients. As chairperson of the Annual Lifestyle Lift Physician Clinical Symposium—a two-day CME-accredited meeting—he has played a key role in advancing physician education and maintaining clinical excellence.
